Terms & Conditions – Turnkey Interior Projects

These Terms & Conditions govern all turnkey interior projects executed by Interia Squad. By signing a work order, quotation, or agreement with us, the client agrees to the following:

1. Scope of Work

• Interia Squad will provide end-to-end interior execution services, including design, material sourcing, manufacturing, installation, and finishing, as per the agreed proposal.

• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

2. Design Responsibility

• If Interia Squad provides the design, all creative rights remain with us unless otherwise transferred in writing.

• If the client/architect provides the design, Interia Squad’s role is execution only. We will not be responsible for the originality or copyright of the design.

3. Materials & Finishes

• Materials, finishes, and specifications will be as mentioned in the quotation/BOQ.

• Any deviation, upgrade, or change requested by the client after approval will affect cost and timelines.

• Natural variations in materials such as wood, veneer, marble, or stone are beyond our control.

4. Timelines & Delays

• Project timelines will be shared during the agreement stage.

• Timelines may extend in case of delays due to client approvals, payment delays, site handover issues, vendor delays, or force majeure events (such as strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities).

• Interia Squad will not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

5. Payments

• Payments must be made as per the agreed milestone schedule.

• Delayed payments may lead to suspension of work until dues are cleared.

• Any change order or additional work will be billed separately and must be cleared before execution.

6. Warranty & Defects

• Interia Squad provides a workmanship warranty of 30 days from the date of project completion.

• Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, damages due to misuse, water leakage, dampness, termites, or external factors beyond our control.

• Warranty for third-party fittings, appliances, or materials will be as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide timely access to the site for smooth execution.

• Adequate water, power, and storage facilities at the site must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.

• The client must ensure all required approvals (society, municipal, legal) are obtained before project start.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Interia Squad’s liability is limited to the scope of work executed under the agreement.

• We will not be responsible for losses arising from client delays, third-party contractors, or issues outside our execution scope.
